Ordering Info
Despite being a specialist low volume manufacturer, Hard Range Australia Pty Ltd ("Hard Range Australlia", "Hard Range", "HRA") will always endeavor to the keep products you want in stock at all times. However, due to demand or economics some items may have to be made to order— but at least you’ll know the product you want is being made especially for you.
If enquiring from outside Australia, please keep in mind the difference in time zones — Sydney and Canberra are GMT+10 hours, so it may not be possible to reply to your email immediately. We’re always online but not always awake!
Orders
Most items can be ordered online. Please refer to our Privacy and Security Policy.
If there is a problem with ordering online, please send us an e-mail via the Contact Us page with all the items you are interested in, include your delivery requirements and we’ll promptly reply confirming your order before proceeding with your preferred method of payment.
You are welcome to telephone us to discuss your requirements. However, we will still confirm all items, delivery and payment via e-mail.
Delivery
All of our products can be shipped to most destinations worldwide. Of course, heavy items such as front and (soon) rear bars will be expensive to ship outside of Australia.
Where possible, we will always use a reputable courier that allows on-line tracking.
Just tell us what products you are interested in and we will be pleased to provide a delivery quote. You are also welcome to arrange collection from our nominated pick-up point.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars.
Prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). This only applies to purchases made within Australia. Export prices are exempt from GST and the 10% GST levy is removed from the price.
Payments may be made by direct deposit, PayPal, and credit card (Mastercard and Visa). Direct deposit details will be provided when the order is ready to send. Your credit card details will only be required after order confirmation, unless a deposit is required.
No goods will be shipped until payment has been received in full.
Products not currently in stock that are subject to manufacturing lead times will require a deposit of 50% of the total order value. While this deposit is not refundable on cancelled orders, it may be credited towards other purchases from Hard Range Australia.

Warranty
All products manufactured by Hard Range Australia have a 12 month warranty, from the date of shipping and limited to the product’s structural integrity. Failure from abnormal abuse, incorrect application or installation is not covered under this warranty.
If you experience any problem relating to faulty workmanship or material failure, simply show us evidence of the faulty item and we will provide a replacement item free of charge – excluding any freight, installation or disruption costs.
Where Hard Range Australia supplies product on behalf of another manufacturer, any warranty claims may be made to that manufacturer directly, although we will always “go in to bat” on your behalf.
Distributor Pricing
Distributor pricing is available for Hard Range Australia items. Distributor pricing will only be given upon application to established distributors/ retailers/ workshops. Standard payment and delivery conditions will apply.
